Sirona Family Health Care provides holistic care through the generations including well visits, preventive care, occupational care, spiritual support, behavioral health and evidenced based standards of wellness care and illness treatment for all ages. We provide a healthcare program that incorporates virtual and in person visits, home visits, assistance with accessing health care and health education through multiple means and family medicine that incorporates the family unit. Our Team
Gretchen Hope Miller Heery, DrNP, FNP, BC is a doctoral prepared nurse practitioner with 30 years experience in a variety of specialities and long standing community person in the Carbon County area. She is a USAF veteran. Her experience in rural health care, burn care, hospital care, primary care, pediatrics, alternative medicine and disease management, case management and education provides a variety of experience to help this community to gain individualized health goals.
She is licensed in multiple states, helping to make care transitions accessible for traveling patients to continue healthcare. (PA, ME, FL, CO, OR, WA)
